These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the MetaFLX website (“Site”) and all services provided by MetaFLX Pty Ltd (“MetaFLX”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing our Site or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and METAFLX, concerning your access to and use of the Services. You agree that by accessing the Services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms. 
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Services from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Legal Terms at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last updated” date of these Legal Terms, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Legal Terms to stay informed of updates. You will be subject to, and will be deemed to have been made aware of and to have accepted, the changes in any revised Legal Terms by your continued use of the Services after the date such revised Legal Terms are posted. We recommend that you print a copy of these Legal Terms for your records.

You agree to use the Site for lawful purposes only. You must not:

• Interfere with the operation of the Site

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems

• Use the Site to transmit harmful or malicious code

• Use the Site in any way that may cause damage to MetaFLX or other users
   

We may suspend access to the Site at any time for maintenance or security reasons.

MetaFLX provides:

• Videography & video production services

• Social media content creation

• Monthly content systems

• Photography

• Podcast recording

• Paid ad creatives

• Strategy sessions

• On-location filming

• Editing, post-production & creative support
   

A full breakdown of deliverables is outlined on our Services page and/or your signed agreement or proposal.

3.1 Bookings
A booking is confirmed only once:

• A proposal is accepted, and

• A deposit or upfront payment is made (as agreed)
   

We reserve the right to decline bookings for any reason.
 
3.2 Payments
Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• Deposits are non-refundable

• Remaining balances are due on or before the shoot date

• Invoices must be paid within the stated payment terms
   

Late payments may incur fees.
 

3.3 Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellation or rescheduling must be requested in writing.

• Cancellation within 72 hours of a shoot may incur a fee

• Reschedules are subject to availability

• Deposits are not refunded for cancellations
   

If MetaFLX cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, we will work with you to reschedule promptly.

4.1 Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timelines depend on service type and will be outlined in your proposal.
Typical delivery times:

• Short-form content: 7–10 business days

• Long-form or hero videos: 10–20 business days
   

Delays caused by lack of client feedback or approvals are not MetaFLX’s responsibility.

4.2 Revision Policy

Unless otherwise stated:

• Each video or asset includes a fixed number of revision rounds

• Additional revisions may incur extra fees
   

Revisions must be requested within 7 days of initial delivery.

5.1 Client Usage Rights
Upon full payment, clients receive a royalty-free commercial license to use the final delivered content for:

• Social media

• Website

• Online marketing

• Print or internal use
   

5.2 MetaFLX Portfolio Rights
By working with MetaFLX, you grant us permission to use:

• Behind-the-scenes footage

• Final delivered content

• Testimonials or project results
   

…for our portfolio, website, marketing, and advertising unless you request otherwise in writing before the shoot.
 

5.3 Raw Footage

Raw footage remains the property of MetaFLX unless purchased separately.

Where MetaFLX supports or manages ad creatives, you acknowledge that:

• We do not guarantee specific results (ROI, lead volumes, or sales)

• Performance varies based on industry, offer, budget, and market conditions

• You are responsible for approving final creatives before launch

• Ad account compliance is your responsibility
   

MetaFLX bears no liability for ad account bans or platform enforcement actions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• MetaFLX is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages

• Our total liability is limited to the total fees paid for the relevant project

• We provide no guarantees that the Site will always be available or error-free
   

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our Site may include links to third-party tools or websites (e.g., Meta, Google Ads, GoHighLevel).

We do not control or endorse these third parties and are not responsible for their:

• Privacy practices

• Content

• Accuracy

• Security
   

Use them at your own discretion.

All content on our Site — including branding, designs, copywriting, images, video, logos, and graphics — is owned or licensed by MetaFLX.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or copy any part of the Site without explicit written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
